At the heart of what we do is solving complex problems using data, operational levers, and strategic product launches.

What you'll do

  • You will be responsible for growing the part of the business we call High Value Experiences, focusing on high margin use cases such as Premium products or Airport usage.
  • Launch experimental products that might become the next big thing, capturing new growth opportunities and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and improve these segments, including monitoring performance, identifying underperformance reasons, and devising countermeasures.

Key responsibilities

  • Grow High Value Experiences segments by launching new products, processes, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out initiatives and work towards common goals.
  • Monitor segment performance, deep dive into underperformance reasons, and devise countermeasures.

Requirements

  • Retail operations management experience: 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (e.g. launching new products, managing projects, or solving business problems with data).
  • Action-focused individual: You can work in a fast-paced environment where your work is focused on taking action and delivering tangible impact to the business.
  • Project management skills: You enjoy working on various topics and can project manage multiple initiatives forward in parallel.
  • Problem-solving skills: You like to solve problems - you can break down problems in a structured manner and use data-backed insights and critical thinking to solve them.

  • Growth mindset: You are a proactive learner with a can-do attitude, excited to become an expert on topics within the team.
  • Data-savvy individual: You are comfortable working with data sets using Excel, Google Sheets, etc. and connecting metrics to the real world.
  • Clear communication skills: You have verbal and written skills to deliver insights and recommendations to other team members.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 based on industry standards and location.
