Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for attracting and signing new business opportunities to drive the growth of Hibob. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
  • Manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through closing
  • Target key decision-makers to determine buying readiness and timelines
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to network with market influencers, consultants, and partners

Requirements

  • Solid software SaaS sales experience, including inbound and outbound sales
  • You must be a hunter and a closer
  • Fluent Swedish/Norwegian speaker - is a must have
  • Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environment
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed
  • Adaptability to new initiatives
  • A self-starter who is able to work remotely and autonomously

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Intercom, Slack, Trello
  • Strong interest in the technology sector
