Business Development Representative

We zijn op zoek naar een Business Development Representative die onze missie helpt te verspreiden en onze diensten en producten introduceert bij potentiële klanten. Als Business Development Representative ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren en kwalificeren van salesmogelijkheden voor ons Account Executive-team.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Gebruik prospectingstrategieën om potentiële klanten te identificeren en te benaderen via meerdere kanalen (e-mail, sociale media en telefoon).
  • Connect met potentiële klanten om hun behoeften en uitdagingen te identificeren.
  • Determine of de potentiële klant geschikt is voor en interesse heeft in onze natuurgebaseerde duurzaamheidsoplossingen.
  • Identificeer gekwalificeerde potentiële klanten en plan kennismaking met de Account Executive-collega.
  • Maak onafhankelijk een minimum aantal outreach-activiteiten per week, prioriterend gekwalificeerde salesmogelijkheden, om individuele doelen te bereiken of te overtreffen.

  • Sterk vermogen om de Alvéole-bron te vertegenwoordigen, diensten en producten, boodschappen en de wens om klanten te helpen maximale impact te creëren en hun ESG-doelstellingen te bereiken.
  • Snelle leercurve en beheersing van de nodige werktools: CRM (Hubspot), Sales Playbook, Zoom Info, etc.
  • Kennis van communicatie, overtuiging, beïnvloeding en relaties onderhouden, waarbij je je aanpast aan de behoeften van prospects om het hoogste succes- en conversiepercentage te garanderen.

Vereiste vaardigheden
  • Uitstekende telefoon-, schrijf- en luistervaardigheden.
  • Zelfstarter die wil leren, groeien en uitblinken in zijn rol.
  • Minimaal één jaar werkervaring in een verkoop- of klantgerichte functie.
  • Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige professionele ervaring of opleiding.
