About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative B2B at Undutchables. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while promoting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Quote Management: Generate and manage quotes for software licenses and renewals to ensure customer satisfaction and competitive pricing.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers, Technical Support, Finance, and external stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution of customer requests and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze and report on customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar inside sales role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree.
  • Additional Skills: Proficiency in handling numerical data, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively with a dynamic team.
