Business Development Representative with Dutch Language Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Netherlands. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying future leads, and driving business activities onsite at the reseller.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business activities onsite at the reseller, working with different teams and management.
- Join sales, marketing, and pre-sales meetings at the reseller onsite.
- Communicate with vendors' sales management and cooperate with the Inside Sales team.
- Manage sales activities, share knowledge, and visit customers.
- Setup and manage recruitment and enablement campaigns using marketing and vendors' programs.
- Evaluate the portfolio and approach of the reseller and help them improve their pitch and results.
- Setup an education and training program, custom-made and in line with the commitment and goals.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or business development in the IT sector with a relevant degree.
- Knowledge of new technology products and solutions, as well as understanding of the Dutch market and global trends.
- Strong communication and sales skills, comfortable with cold calling and acquisition of new clients.
- You are native in Dutch and fluent in English.
- Easy to build and maintain new relationships with stakeholders and customers.
