Job Title: Customer Support Agent

This role is part of the Abbott Diagnostics Customer Services and Support team, responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance, technical information, and advice regarding ADD products and services to maintain and improve customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers via phone, email, or online discussion boards.
  • Apply established procedures and use appropriate tools and systems to solve technical problems.
  • Record information accurately in the appropriate system and follow up with the "Off hours" team and specific country team.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to propose, recommend, and provide resolution to issues.
  • Level I & II support for customer's problem resolution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year in a Customer Relation/Support role.
  • Qualified applicants will be experienced in providing level 1 and level 2 support and making technical recommendations.
  • Clinical laboratory experience is a plus.
Work Environment:

This team will work in the "Off hours" support center based in Hoofddorp – The Netherlands. Shift duties are done 80% at home and 20% at the office.

Additional responsibilities include promoting the technical expertise of support personnel and serving as a liaison to the 'day shift' support teams.
