Lead Product Strategist, Employee Efficiency

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Business Enablement team (BE), which operates within Platform Engineering, to support all of Adyen's employees across our global offices. This includes facilitating access to productivity tools, knowledge sharing, engineering portals, over 50 internal services, automation, and infrastructure designed to enhance employee efficiency. Our offerings are crucial for Adyen's growth while enabling employees to operate more effectively through self-service tools, thereby enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Partnering with a technical team lead, you will oversee one of the products within our expanding product portfolio. Primarily focus on crafting the product strategy for internal tools on a global scale. Conduct data analysis to assess the utilization of cloud tools as a product, develop a roadmap, implement the strategy, and ensure alignment among all teams and stakeholders. Engage and collaborate regularly with infrastructure engineers, software developers, product managers, and leadership teams from various departments. Act as a leader within Adyen, championing innovative solutions and informed decision-making. Prioritize various challenges, ensuring that urgent issues are addressed promptly while also considering long-term objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of successful outcomes. Experience collaborating with internal infrastructure teams to enhance organizational productivity through internal services and cloud tools. Possess the technical acumen necessary to develop a platform as a product while working alongside technical subject matter experts. Capable of making strategic decisions that balance business and technical requirements, as well as team needs. A growth-oriented individual with a passion for learning and creating exceptional products. Driven by curiosity, always eager to understand the workings of our platform's performance, application architecture, or product scalability. A proponent of strong teamwork, healthy collaboration, and inclusivity.
