We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewal Sales Team Manager to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our security services team, you will be responsible for leading a team of renewal sales professionals in the EMEAL regions, driving pipeline development and revenue growth through renewal sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Renewal Operations: Oversee the day-to-day renewal operations of assigned direct reports and districts/regions in the EMEAL regions.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Motivate direct reports to drive pipeline development and revenues through renewal sales efforts leveraging the partner network.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast to leadership teams and drive a committed number on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to SR Manager and VP.
- Coaching and Development: Coach and develop subordinates through bi-weekly 1-to-1 meetings.
- Deal Management: Supervise and assist direct reports on large deals through to completion.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate and document direct reports based on Key Metrics and goals set by Leadership.
- Outbound Efforts: Monitor the outbound efforts of assigned renewal reps by tracking and reporting weekly activities.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify strategies to achieve sales goals and uncover new, high-value opportunities alongside renewals.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide accurate, ongoing reporting through the continuous update and maintenance of necessary reports in and other tools and applications.
- Escalation Support: Provide support for renewal escalations and assigned districts.
- Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in managing diverse enterprise renewals/sales teams.
- Leadership Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in leading 8-15 people, in the office and remote work environments.
- Talent Development: At least 3+ years of experience in hiring, developing, and retaining talent.
- Channel Sales Experience: Proven experience with channel/partner sales models renewals/upsells.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to consistently achieve renewal/sales team goals through leadership.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, as well as adapt to changing needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills; the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills - the ability to work on many projects concurrently.
- Technical Skills: Excellent Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and skills.
