Job Title: Network Pricing Manager

Samskip is a leading international company that innovates sustainable and multimodal transport solutions. With a turnover of over 800 million euros and 1450 employees across 24 countries, we are one of the largest transport companies in Europe.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize pricing strategies across multiple channels, business propositions, market segments, and pricing types.
  • Coordinate tender activities across our multimodal network and oversee central pricing activities.
  • Implement pricing best practices and train teams on pricing optimization.
  • Manage standard cost assumptions and monthly energy surcharges.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate customer tender processes and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and deliver improvements in the end-to-end tender process.
  • Optimize network opportunities for tenders involving multiple trades.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set pricing goals and objectives.
  • Ensure Samskip's terms and conditions reflect our pricing strategy.
  • Coordinate pricing processes and transformation requirements.
  • Champion pricing best practices and analyze pricing data.
  • Manage and communicate monthly energy surcharges.
  • Lead and develop a small team of tender analysts.
