The Sales Team:
Our dedicated Sales team is tasked with engaging Enterprise clients across the Netherlands. This team is pivotal in acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships within the designated region and sector.
The Role of Sales Manager:
The Sales Manager will oversee a team of three new business Enterprise Account Executives. This role requires effective collaboration with various internal stakeholders, including direct and indirect sales teams, as well as senior leaders in value engineering, business development, and service operations. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding leadership capabilities and leverage their experience in sales, relationship management, and both direct and matrix organizational structures. A strong background in successfully leading a direct sales team and achieving targets is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, manage, and cultivate exceptional sales talent, ensuring individual success for Account Executives while promoting a positive team environment.
- Take ownership of and surpass annual sales objectives within the assigned territory, maintaining accurate forecasts.
- Formulate and implement a strategic plan to meet sales goals by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base within the relevant segment or industry.
- Establish and sustain robust, long-term relationships with customers and partners to ensure strong executive alignment and proactive account management.
- Assist the team in collaborating with clients to identify their business needs and objectives, driving additional revenue growth.
- Clearly articulate the Celonis industry-specific value proposition through proposals and presentations, enabling the team to do the same with expertise and in-depth knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities or the potential to quickly transition into a leadership position.
- Proven capability to manage lengthy and intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with Partners, such as consulting firms and enterprise technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment, approaching challenges with positivity and innovative thinking.
- A collaborative mindset, embracing diversity and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, effectively managing time and priorities to meet objectives.
- Proficiency in leveraging internal resources and fostering teamwork.
