The Sales Team:
Our Sales division is tasked with engaging Enterprise clients across the Netherlands. This team is pivotal in acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships within the region.
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will oversee a team of three new business Enterprise Account Executives. This role requires effective collaboration with various internal stakeholders, including direct and indirect sales teams, as well as senior leaders in value engineering, business development, and service operations. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding leadership capabilities and leverage their experience in sales, relationship management, and both direct and matrix organizational structures. A proven track record in successfully steering a direct sales team and achieving targets is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, manage, and cultivate high-performing sales talent, promoting individual success and a cohesive team environment.
- Take ownership of and surpass annual sales objectives within the designated territory, ensuring precise control and forecasting accuracy.
- Formulate and implement a strategic plan to meet sales goals by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence in the targeted segment/industry.
- Establish and sustain robust, long-term relationships with customers and partners to ensure strong executive alignment and proactive account management.
- Assist the team in collaborating with clients to comprehend their business needs and objectives, driving additional revenue growth.
- Clearly articulate the Celonis industry-specific value proposition through proposals and presentations, empowering the team to deliver high-quality insights with profound domain expertise.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities or the potential to rapidly transition into a leadership position.
- Experience managing lengthy and intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record of collaboration with Partners, including consulting firms and enterprise technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment, approaching challenges with optimism, creativity, and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to collaboration, inclusivity, and embracing diversity, along with strong interpersonal skills.
