Marketing Visionary for Sustainable Nutrition

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Marketing Director to lead our Health & Nutrition business unit. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth, profitability, and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the EVP Health & Nutrition and other senior leaders to design and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Market Intelligence and Analysis: Drive the development of market intelligence and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Health & Nutrition market.
- Value Proposition Development: Develop and manage processes to identify, strengthen, and communicate the Health & Nutrition value proposition to customers and stakeholders.
- Marketing Dashboard and Reporting: Lead the development and management of a marketing dashboard to monitor growth and performance.
- MarCom and Internal Communication: Oversee all MarCom activities, including campaigns, projects, and internal communication to drive brand awareness and relationships with external partners.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Employee Development: Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and lead the development of a high-performing marketing team.
We are looking for a highly senior strategic marketing professional with a strong track record of success in the Health & Nutrition industry. The ideal candidate will have:
- Academic Background: Marketing and/or relevant science or MBA degree.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in B2B strategic marketing in the medical, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and/or nutritional ingredients industry.
- Skills: Ability to create and execute a marketing strategy, knowledge of marketing of nutraceutical and/or health ingredients, affinity with human nutrition, broad marketing knowledge, strong business acumen, data-driven, project and change management skills, and strong communication skills.
