Over de rol

We zijn op zoek naar een Customer Journey Expert die zich kan inzetten voor de ontwikkeling van digitale betaaloplossingen en processen. Als Customer Journey Expert zorg je ervoor dat onze klanten op een prettige manier gebruik kunnen maken van betaalproposities.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je identificeert en vertaalt wensen van klanten en (business) stakeholders naar IT-requirements;
  • Je optimaliseert klantreizen en verbetert processen waarbij je gebruik maakt van klant- en gebruikersdata;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van (digitale) processen. Daarnaast breng je risico's in kaart en zorg je dat de klantreis en de propositie voldoet aan alle relevante wet- en regelgeving voor het domein;
  • Je kent het betaallandschap op je duimpje, hebt een visie op betaaloplossingen in de toekomst en kunt dit vertalen naar implementaties op korte termijn;
  • Concrete onderwerpen waar je aan gaat werken zijn: een payment oplossing voor partners (zoals boekhoudpartijen), batch payments en nieuwe wet-en regelgeving Instant Payments.

Je profiel

  • Je hebt minimaal 8 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een financiële omgeving en ervaring in het Payments domein;
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de klantwens en hebt goede ideeën om deze boven water te krijgen en te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen;
  • Je bent data-gedreven, en gebruikt deze inzichten bij het ontwikkelen van excellente klantreizen;
  • Je bent sterk in productmanagement: denk hierbij aan onderwerpen zoals het coördineren van product- en regelgevingswijzigingen, leveranciersmanagement, incidentmanagement, het creëren van interne & externe rapportages en procesmanagement;
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
