About the Position:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance strategic campaigns and tailored customer journeys aimed at influencing purchasing behavior and maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Refine customer segmentation strategies to ensure timely and relevant messaging to the appropriate audience.
- Utilize data analysis to deepen insights into customer behavior and deliver tailored experiences.
- Implement advanced segmentation techniques using SQL to ensure precise communication with targeted customers.
- Assess the effectiveness of existing and new campaigns, continuously measuring performance, conducting rigorous A/B testing, and optimizing cross-channel communications.
- Act as a CRM authority, promoting best practices within CRM teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify innovative opportunities.
- Maintain a keen focus on customer needs and preferences.
A Typical Day:
Today, you identify a challenge related to customer retention in a specific market. You convene a brief brainstorming session with your team to explore potential strategies.
The content team contributes valuable material for your campaign plan. As the campaign is launched, you observe improved engagement metrics, including increased open and click-through rates. You develop a dashboard to analyze engagement data and purchasing patterns, discovering that this initiative has resulted in a notable reduction in churn for a particular customer segment. You delve into this segment to uncover patterns in their behavior, aiming to provide insights that will inform long-term strategies.
Before you know it, the day has flown by, and you find yourself energized by the positive outcomes of the new customer journey.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in stakeholder and project management.
- Strong grasp of data analysis, segmentation methodologies, and A/B testing.
- Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Proficiency in SQL is advantageous, particularly with data flow and integration.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in conveying complex analyses.
- Commitment to operational excellence, ensuring all campaigns and audience segments are executed accurately and efficiently.
- A collaborative, intelligent, and open-minded individual who thrives in a diverse, international setting.
- Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in at least one additional language relevant to our operational markets.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar digital role.
