We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Management Events. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the B2B market.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Proactively engage prospective clients through strategic outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Assess client needs and alignment with our value proposition to prioritize opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover customer pain points and tailor solutions.
- Build trust and credibility by demonstrating expertise and providing value.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and optimize performance.
- A proven track record in B2B sales or a strong sales background in a B2C environment.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
- Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- The ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French or Dutch with fluency in English.
