Position: Sales Manager - Hot Melt Adhesives
We are seeking a driven and seasoned Sales Manager to expand our distributor network across Benelux, France, and Iberia. This role is pivotal in our ambitious growth strategy within the adhesives sector, with the company generating £15 million in revenue.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement innovative commercial strategies to rejuvenate distributor networks across the specified regions.
- Enhance existing industrial business while exploring opportunities in trade and retail markets.
- Identify and establish new distribution channels for our product range in Benelux, France, and Iberia.
- Collaborate with partners to create and execute annual business plans that align with regional objectives for all European accounts.
- Monitor and achieve core distribution and sales targets in key business sectors.
- Train and motivate sales agents and distributors to effectively promote our products.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will be expected to:
- Hold a degree in business, chemistry, or engineering.
- Possess knowledge of the adhesives or industrial chemical sectors; experience with hot melt adhesives is advantageous.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing distributor relationships across Europe.
- Show a proven ability to research and establish new partnerships.
- Have experience in managing distributors and implementing change initiatives for improved execution.
- Exhibit a successful track record in sales.
- Maintain awareness of commercial business planning and market opportunities.
- Understand export logistics and supply chain management.
- Be knowledgeable in channel management across industrial and retail categories.

Compensation:
The role offers a competitive salary range of €85,000 - €90,000.
