Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Manager to oversee the entire Customer Success team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and staffing a group of four employees.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure all incoming inquiries and issues are addressed and resolved efficiently.
  • Manage the field service team, which includes seven mechanics, and ensure seamless coordination between the Customer Support office and field operations.
  • Guide the Customer Support team to provide top-notch service by offering training and development opportunities.
  • Take charge of scheduling, ensuring that workloads remain manageable and your team maintains high performance.
  • Continuously work to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department through reports and hands-on experience.
