Customer Service Team Manager
The ideal candidate will oversee the entire Customer Success team, ensuring all incoming inquiries and issues are addressed and resolved efficiently. Responsibilities include managing, mentoring, and staffing a group of four employees, as well as ensuring seamless coordination between the Customer Support office and field operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise the Customer Support team and manage the field service team, including seven mechanics.
- Guarantee the provision of top-notch service by offering training and development opportunities.
- Take charge of scheduling, ensuring workloads remain manageable and the team maintains high performance.
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department through reports and hands-on experience.
- Actively participate in day-to-day operations when possible.
- Maintain a positive atmosphere in the workplace and ensure organization and structure.
