Job OverviewWe are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in the Netherlands. As an SDR, you will lead cold calling and outbound prospecting efforts while tackling various tasks that contribute to our commercial success. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy, including event outreach, market insights, and pipeline generation.
Key Responsibilities- Cold Calling and Outreach: Engage with leads through targeted cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Pipeline Generation: Develop and coordinate email campaigns, events, and industry fair outreach.
- Lead Qualification: Ensure potential clients align with our solution.
- Market Research and Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
- CRM and Data Management: Maintain organized systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Nurturing Relationships: Build rapport with prospects and maintain strong connections over time.
- Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Track performance, analyze metrics, and suggest improvements for outreach strategies.
- You excel at making impactful first connections and uncovering opportunities.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments.
- You possess excellent communication skills, engaging prospects and presenting ideas effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience using CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and creative, eager to learn and contribute to business growth.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with change.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
