Salary and BenefitsWe offer an estimated salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including free food Fridays, a Mac environment, incentive-based commission, formal training budget, annual hotel experience, equity, birthday & Christmas vouchers, and holiday allowance (8%).
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Success Manager at RoomRaccoon, you will be responsible for helping our existing customers in the Benelux market to leverage the full power of our platform by upselling a range of upgrades. These upgrades include automated customer upselling and entry-level revenue management, as well as integrations with a marketplace of connectivity partners covering accounting automation, point of sale, door lock, third party revenue management software, and more.
Responsibilities- Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell our premium services, including RaccoonPay, to customers in the Benelux market.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product suite, competitor offerings, and pricing.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with hoteliers to understand their business goals, challenges, and objectives.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Language Skills: Fluent Dutch and English are non-negotiable.
- Experience: 2+ years of work experience in a similar role is required.
- Skills: Hotel sales or SaaS experience is advantageous, as well as patience and empathy towards customers.
- Organisation and Planning: Strong organisational skills and ability to plan effectively are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are crucial.
