The Sales Team:

Our Sales division is tasked with engaging Enterprise clients across the Netherlands. This team is pivotal in acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships within the region.

Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will oversee a team of three new business Enterprise Account Executives. This role requires effective collaboration with various internal stakeholders, including direct and indirect sales teams, as well as senior leaders in value engineering, business development, and service operations. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding leadership capabilities and leverage their experience in sales, relationship management, and both direct and matrix organizational structures. A strong track record in leading a direct sales team and achieving targets is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, manage, and cultivate high-performing sales talent, driving individual success while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Take ownership of and surpass annual sales objectives within the designated territory, ensuring precise control and forecasting accuracy.
  • Formulate and implement a strategic approach to meet sales goals by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer portfolio in the targeted segment/industry.
  • Establish and maintain robust, enduring relationships with customers and partners to ensure strong executive alignment and proactive account management.
  • Assist the team in collaborating with clients to comprehend their business needs and objectives, driving additional revenue growth.
  • Clearly articulate the Celonis industry-specific value proposition through proposals and presentations, enabling the team to do the same with expertise and deep domain knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership abilities or the potential to quickly transition into a leadership position.
  • Capability to manage lengthy and intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Partners, such as consulting firms and enterprise technology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment, approaching challenges with positivity, creativity, and a growth mindset.
  • Commitment to collaboration, inclusivity, and embracing diversity, alongside strong interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoyment of working independently, managing personal time and priorities to meet objectives.
