About the RoleWe are seeking results-driven professionals with a strong hunting drive and exceptional farming skills to own the entire client lifecycle, from acquiring and managing large enterprise accounts to leveraging strategic expertise to drive growth and capitalize on key business opportunities.
You will scope projects, transform them into actionable milestones, and develop strategic plans that deliver impactful results. Your ability to both hunt for new opportunities and cultivate lasting relationships with enterprise accounts will be essential to your success.
While you'll have a supportive team behind you, your success will depend on your ability to independently track down new opportunities and nurture existing ones.
Responsibilities- Owning the entire client lifecycle, including acquiring and managing large enterprise accounts
- Leveraging strategic expertise to drive growth and capitalize on key business opportunities
- Scoping projects, transforming them into actionable milestones, and developing strategic plans
- Independently tracking down new opportunities and nurturing existing ones
- Minimum of 6 years in a strategic sales role focused on closing deals
- Extensive experience working with senior stakeholders such as CHROs, CEOs, and Heads of HR or L&D
- Affinity with the learning & development landscape
- Experience handling complex solutions and managing longer sales cycles
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions that positively impact the business
- Coaching team members, communication, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and customer needs
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets and strategic objectives
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- A proven track record of success in strategic sales roles
- Strong relationships with senior stakeholders and industry experts
- A deep understanding of the learning & development landscape
- The ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and coaching skills
- An estimated salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience
