Are you a recent graduate or an experienced professional looking to kick-start your commercial career in HR tech? Tellent is a rapidly growing SaaS company offering a unique opportunity to join our Benelux team. As a Sales and Technology Representative, you will be at the forefront of identifying and developing potential opportunities for long-term commercial relationships.

About The Team

You will form part of our sales team, covering the Benelux territory and working closely with other teams to generate leads and convert them into customers. Our mission is to provide high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

The 12-Month Journey

During the first three months, you will focus on learning about our products, processes, and customers. You will complete our onboarding program, including sales training, and begin handling leads independently within the first month. A coaching cadence will ensure your success.

Within six months, you will be fully ramped up and delivering high-quality leads to our Account Executives. We will work together with the GTM organization to engage in campaign strategies that drive revenue growth. After one year, you will have the opportunity to continue developing yourself within your role and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new opportunities through phone calls, emails, social selling, and other innovative techniques.
  • Understand and map prospects, identify key stakeholders, and decision-makers in outreach campaigns.
  • Qualify opportunities during discovery calls using the SPICED methodology.
  • Collaborate effectively with the entire Benelux go-to-market organization, contributing to regional campaign success.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in a relevant field or previous experience in Business Development.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial eagerness.
  • Confidence to take a consultative approach when qualifying prospects.
  • Strong interest in sales and technology.
  • Empathetic and persuasive, with a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business savviness.
