About the Role:
Sprinklr is seeking a highly skilled Large Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our largest and most strategic customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our target accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably with a Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) background.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex sales strategies and solutions.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (C1/C2 level) is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
