About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our People Operations team at EVBox. As a key member of our global HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our compensation and benefits policies and processes.

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the implementation, communication, and administration of our compensation and benefits offering across all countries where we operate. This includes researching, analyzing, and benchmarking market trends to provide insights to the HR management team and stakeholders. You will also prepare effective compensation and benefits communications and training materials to ensure that HR teams, leaders, and employees have the right level of knowledge.

Additionally, you will manage the global job framework, fairly grade and benchmark new roles following global grading guidelines and pay philosophy. You will also operate pay structures per operating country, prepare and plan the annual salary review, and formulate data analyses to support calibration sessions. Furthermore, you will participate in annual compensation surveys, identify potential compensation and benefits process improvements, and prepare and participate in audits for compensation and benefits processes.

We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist who is passionate about the EV industry and has a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices. You should have a degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience, and a certification in compensation and benefits such as GRP is a plus. You should also have 3+ years of HR experience in an international, multinational, or scale-up environment, or 2 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of compensation and benefits basic principles and practices, proficient with MS Office, and intermediate level knowledge of HR systems and processes. You should also have beginner to intermediate knowledge of compensation and benefits processes, experience in a multinational environment, and experience with working with project milestones, sprints, and deadlines.
