Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for analyzing the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems market ecosystem and developing business development strategies and sales plans accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the Electric Vehicle Charging Systems market ecosystem and identify business opportunities in targeted segments
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and act as an account manager
- Coordinate and manage technical and commercial bid preparation
- Negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets and revenue
- Represent Delta Electronics EMEA at conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of technical sales experience with Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions or Battery Energy Storage solutions
- Excellent understanding of sales, business development, and account management processes
- Technical knowledge of Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions, Power Conditioning Systems, and Battery Energy Storage systems
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and negotiate contracts
- Strong legal understanding of contracts and excellent skills in Microsoft Office
