Senior Business Development Manager

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Worldline, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our global merchant clients. Your primary goal will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while also ensuring the continued growth and profitability of our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our merchant clients, including C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and other strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in business-to-business sales and relationship management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the payments technology industry and its key trends and developments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
