Business Development Manager New Business Van

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Van Sales Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Van Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding business into a wide range of companies, accounts, and mobility partners. Your main focus will be on the Dutch market, but Belgium and Luxembourg offer great opportunities for expansion as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new customers and expanding business into a wide range of companies, accounts, and mobility partners.
- Approaching relationships distinctively and as a full-fledged discussion partner, with your enthusiasm and commercial skills, permanently binding them to SIXT.
- Gaining insights into mobility needs, negotiating, making offers, and closing sales transactions based on your own appointments with targeted customers.
- Preparing and presenting tenders.
- Managing your sales funnel from start to finish.
- Reporting on a regular basis to the Benelux management.
Requirements:
- You love Automotive and you love Sales.
- You are a seasoned Van & Truck (LCV) expert, with deep knowledge of the Dutch market.
- You are a charismatic and empathic personality with strong relationship-building skills.
- You possess excellent communication and proven negotiation skills and you have profound analytical skills.
- You are highly motivated, dynamic, and hands-on personality, willing to go the extra mile.
- You have a senior attitude in dealing with customers and partners.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. Fluency in French would be a clear asset.
- Ideally, you have completed a degree or training in tourism or business administration.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in sales emphasizing the hunting aspect of account management.
- You are motivated to grow successfully with your portfolio and take on any new challenge.
- You have outstanding organizational skills, and you can both work well independently as well as in a team.
