About the Role

We're seeking an empathetic and communicative individual to join our claims experience team. As a Claims Experience Advocate, you'll work closely with our Claims Experience Adjusters to settle property losses and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide surprisingly delightful experiences to our customers through all our channels
  • Investigate and handle claims from start to finish
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks to resolve claim-based questions
  • Work with management to shape processes and improve customer experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of claims-handling experience
  • Proficient in French and English
  • Desire to work in a unique, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environment
  • Efficient and results-driven
  • Ability to approach work with empathy, patience, and positivity
  • Commitment to ongoing growth and learning in the field of AI
