Job Summary:

Hotel Co 51 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our team as a Group Sales Coordinator. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our group booking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including contract preparation, data entry, and report generation.
  • Accurately and efficiently create and manage group contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of group inquiries, bookings, and correspondence.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (Opera preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
