Business Director for Benelux Sales

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Director to lead our sales team in the Benelux region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams. They will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and fostering a collaborative environment within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, manage, and develop strong sales talent to drive individual performance and team success
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets with high accuracy
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets through landing new logos and expanding our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and partner relationships for executive alignment and proactive account management
  • Support the team to partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives to drive incremental revenue growth
  • Effectively communicate the Celonis industry-specific value proposition through proposals and presentations and enable the team to do the same with high quality and deep domain knowledge

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills or ability to quickly develop into a leadership role
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven experience working with Partners, i.e., Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, embrace diversity, and possess strong interpersonal skills #differentmakesusbetter
  • Enjoy working autonomously, managing your own time and priorities to achieve objectives
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
