Business Development Manager

Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the success of your store – encompassing sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and develop employees according to Subway brand requirements – setting an excellent example yourself.
- Create and manage staff schedules effectively.
- Ensure timely delivery checking, order matching, and daily banking operations.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for stock and sales, including employee pay and timesheets.
- Optimize cash balances and minimize waste.
- Maintain 100% compliance with Subway and local guidelines at all times.
- Conduct inventory management and stock control, including weekly stock takes and reports.
- Analyze the Weekly Sales & Inventory Report to drive business improvement.
- Lead housekeeping activities such as maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
- Implement in-store marketing materials and POP according to campaigns.
- Evaluate safety procedures to prevent accidents.
- Foster a safe work environment for employees and customers alike.
- Promote high-quality customer service among team members.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally.
- Deliver exceptional service when addressing product, sales, and catering-related customer inquiries.
