About this role:

We are seeking an experienced native-level Spanish or French Sales Development Representative to join our world-class SDR organization and support our Account Executives in building pipeline & generating sales, in the Spanish or French markets with a hyper-focus into the digital economies.

Tipalti is used by companies in the digital economy such as Twitch, Twitter (X), PubMatic, Fiverr, Splice and Roblox in the Gaming, Online Marketplace, Gig Economy and Ads & Influencer Network verticals to solve mission-critical challenges. You will be part of a growing world-class sales organization based in London, with the exciting task of growing our EU market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Your mission will be to apply pipeline generation skills to generate net-new outbound opportunities.
  • Achieve quotas of opportunities completed.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
  • Identify their main challenges and demonstrate our value proposition.
  • Partner with our Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills.

About you:

  • Fluent in either Spanish or French (Native Level).
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Outbound BDR in SaaS cloud or mid-market technology sales, working in the French or Spanish markets.
  • Hunter mindset that understands the importance of cold calling, emails and social selling.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Has a strategic and tailor-made approach while targeting mid-market accounts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Account Executives and Marketing teams.
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Autonomy and ability to make things happen without supervision.
  • Passionate about Sales, you have experience navigating through organizations, handling gatekeepers, speaking to decision makers and qualify prospects.
  • Experience using prospecting tools and CRM such as Zoominfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.com.
  • Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters and learn new skills.
