Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with channel partners, enterprises, and candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales revenue and expand market share.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Center to optimize results and support customers in reskilling and upskilling professionals.
- Manage customer relations throughout the entire engagement and maintain a customer and prospect database.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- 5-10 years of sales experience in IT-related consultative sales roles.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while managing a small number of large enterprise accounts.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
- Ability to articulate the value of the EXIN portfolio to prospects and customers and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity.
- Fluent in English and German (verbal and written), with other languages a plus.
- A degree in business administration or technical sciences with sales and management experience.
