As a key member of our Group Sales department, you will provide essential administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our group booking processes.Your RoleAdministrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group Sales team, including contract preparation, data entry, and report generationContract Management: Accurately and efficiently create and manage group contracts, ensuring compliance with company standardsData Management: Maintain accurate records of group inquiries, bookings, and correspondenceCommunication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operationsKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process group contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirementsEnter and maintain group booking data in the property management system (Opera)Generate reports on group sales performance and activityManage the group email inbox, responding to inquiries and distributing leads as requiredProvide administrative support for sales team meetings and eventsCollaborate with hotel operations to ensure smooth group arrivals and departuresSkills and ExperienceStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (Opera preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in an administrative role within the hospitality industry is preferredIf you are a highly organised and motivated individual with a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
