Requirements:

minimum Level 2 in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR 5 passes in HKCEE including English (minimum Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics; preferably possessing a Diploma or above qualification; at least 1 year’s work experience, preferably with office management experience such as counter services, cashier duties, scanning or filing; a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good knowledge of PC and software applications such as MS Word, Excel and Chinese input; self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team; and integrity in handling confidential information. 

Those with less experience/qualifications may be considered as Clerical Assistant.

Responsibilities:

The appointee will assist in a full spectrum of office administrative support including but not limited to:

office reception and answering enquires; handling cash; performing general clerical duties; handling and filing office documents; office administration; supporting office events; and other duties as assigned.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
