We are currently seeking an ambitious Sales Development Rep (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities within enterprise accounts. You will specialise in our Creative Automation (CA) solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a tech-led environment and be part of the Inspired Thinking Group, one of the largest independent production agencies in the world.

Key responsibilities:
- Be responsible for bringing leads to your Account Executive team in your focus industry (FMCG, Retail, Entertainment or Travel) & territory (US and Europe)
- Build, execute & optimise outbound campaigns, based on our ideal customer profile and a cockpit full of buying signals
- Incorporate a multi-channel approach to initiate new business conversations
- Work closely with your Account Executives and team to drive and close high quality pipeline
- Be part of a highly collaborative team that shares best practices, wins and loses together in order to overachieve on targets.

- Have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in sales, marketing, business or a related field
- Have strong communication skills (both verbally and in writing) and are fluent in English
- Are results-driven, energetic and able to motivate yourself to hit your targets
- Pay attention to detail and are able to find the balance between speed and perfection

Salary base of 2600-3500 EUR gross per month and commission structure (individual and team performance)
