In this role, you’ll foster a positive work environment where collaboration and growth thrive. You'll provide guidance and coaching to help your team members develop their skills, achieve individual and team targets, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
You'll also streamline and optimize workflows, boosting productivity and efficiency, while cultivating a commercial mindset that drives upsell opportunities and market understanding. Acting as a crucial liaison between your team and market leadership, you'll ensure seamless communication and coordination.
With a focus on data-driven strategies, you’ll track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in facilitating new product launches, ensuring your team is well-prepared and informed.

Wat wij vragen:
- Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
- You bring 2 to 3 years of experience managing the daily activities of a diverse, multi-lingual support team;
- You excel in interpersonal and communication skills, effectively engaging with individuals at all organizational levels;
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy;
- You are fluent in both German and English;
- You are an inspiring leader with experience in dynamic, international environments, successfully leading teams of 10 or more;
