All About the Role

Our couriers play a vital role in JET's success. They are the main point of contact for our customers, making their day by delivering tasty meals or every day convenience. They are also the main connection for our restaurant partners, helping them grow their businesses. Therefore it is vital we invest in motivating and driving our couriers to show up, perform and stay with us.

As a Courier Success Insights & Systems Specialist, you will maintain, monitor, and improve various digital systems used by our 30k couriers and 600 Courier Coordinators, including performance management, communication, and survey tools. Additionally, you will generate insights and recommendations for our leadership to enhance courier satisfaction, engagement, and performance, as well as provide visibility into system adoption and its impact on operations. You will work closely with the data analytics team, the product teams, external vendors, and various other internal stakeholders to ensure our systems are healthy, identify improvement opportunities, and streamline the courier and courier coordinator experience.

You will join the Courier Success team, a small, close-knit, and supportive group that works closely with various teams and departments, particularly the local teams and data analytics team, to drive adoption and impact of our processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, monitor, and improve courier success systems;
  • Serve as the first line of support for over 600 users, troubleshooting issues internally and with vendors;
  • Coordinate and facilitate system deployments and upgrades, automating administrative tasks and reports;
  • Provide insights and recommendations on system adoption and its impact on operations;
  • Design and conduct global courier surveys to measure satisfaction and engagement, developing and running courier research;
  • Identify automation and integration possibilities, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and maintain documentation, training, and procedure updates.

    Can You Deliver?

    Here's what we're looking for in a Courier Success Systems Specialist:

    • 3+ years of experience as a systems administrator or specialist, with experience in (business) analytics roles being a plus;
    • Proficient in scripting, preferably JavaScript, and comfortable with standard computer tools, with a willingness to learn new tools;
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and execution skills, with the capability to function independently and as a team player;
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment;
    • Experience with survey-based research, including designing surveys, analysis, reporting, and data storytelling;
    • A curious mentality and willingness to understand couriers' and local operational pain points.
