Sales Director
Harreda Talent Partners is working with a service provider designed to support Process Analytical Technology (PAT) implementation throughout pharmaceutical and industrial industries. This organisation is looking to add a key player to its EMEA leadership team. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving growth throughout EMEA across diverse verticals.This role will focus on developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, nurturing high-value client relationships, and spearheading business growth across targeted regions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Lead the creation and implementation of sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a dynamic sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Market Insight and Analysis: Monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or a related regulated sector. Proven track record in leading sales teams and driving substantial revenue growth.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Process Analytical Technology (PAT) and software solutions for manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong leadership and motivational capabilities, exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
