**About the job**:
Our Sales team is expanding, this time with a Business Development Representative to focus on the European market. This role is a hybrid remote one located in our Amsterdam office, working in very close collaboration with our local colleagues in Amsterdam and Germany. You will be part of the global sales organization and your team is responsible for creating pipelines for our business, which fuels the overall success of Stravito. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Find decision-makers within large accounts using research tools (including but not limited to LeadIQ and LinkedIn).
- Demonstrate a strong (and growing) knowledge of knowledge management products and services.
- Schedule and coordinate deep dive discovery calls between the Account Executive team and decision-makers at prospect accounts.
- Create and nurture relationships across assigned accounts.
- Effectively communicate account status and progress (to sales leaders and Account Executives).
- Update strategic account summaries to enable visibility into status and next steps.
- Develop and execute on project plans to ensure conferences and events result in high levels of engagement between key accounts and internal representatives.
- Schedule meetings at events and conferences for Account Executives.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have a University degree followed by minimum 1+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR or similar role (preferably in a SaaS environment selling to Fortune 500). You have strong communication skills and a fluent level of English and German.

With proven experience in multi-channel prospecting and a strong knowledge of sales tools (i.e Hubspot, Linkedin and LeadIQ), as well as a consultative sales approach targeting executives within large accounts, you are set up for success. In addition to that, we believe that you are an effective collaborator that is self motivated and resilient, with the drive it takes to penetrate large accounts.
