**Make an impact in the têxtile industry by developing our Textimag business**

As our Head of Global Marketing and business development you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our Textimag products. You can start almost from scratch in a growing business and a growing team. You will report to the Senior Vice President Specialty Minerals. At ICL Group, we are pioneers in innovation, dedicated to transforming industries through cutting-edge products and solutions. With a rich history of excellence and a forward-thinking mindset, we’re on a mission to revolutionize the têxtile industry. We’re introducing Textimag, a groundbreaking product to change the fabric of the industry, in active wear for body odor reduction based on our minerals. This is more than just a product launch; it's a movement. And we want you to lead it

**Main responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of TextiMag strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Develop the TextiMag value proposition and ensure its penetration and growth globally
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform decision-making.
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs, driving the development of new business models, products, or services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, product development) to implement strategies effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, vendors, and industry influencers.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
- Represent ICL at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract new business.
- Develop and manage budgets, track key performance metrics, and report financial results to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with the business unit’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the performance and development of team members, providing coaching and feedback to enhance effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding the status of business unit performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- P&L responsibility
- International travel around 50% for the first year

**What do you bring**:
We are seeking a self-starter, who is independent and driven to make this a success with strong experience in the têxtile industry. You have proven sales, marketing and business development experience. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of an industry shift, driving the adoption of a product that will set new standards in têxtile performance and sustainability. You will be the face and voice of Textimag, responsible for developing and executing a global sales and marketing strategy that will establish ICL Group as a leader in têxtile innovation.

To be successful we look for the following skills:

- Academic degree is mandatory. Preferably in Business, Economy or Engineering (Materials, Chemistry, Textile)
- Previous marketing and proven experience and familiarity with Textile brands are mandatory
- Proven experience with the value chain of Textile
- In-depth understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer-focused business strategies
- Strong capability to lead strategy from ideation through to execution
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmen
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and drive change
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to think both strategically and operationally
- Pro-active and self-starter
- Willing to travel globally
- English - excellent
- Hands-on personality

**Location**: home office is possible in any western European country.
