Job Description
The Distribution Sales Manager plays a crucial role in supporting our distribution partners. This role involves managing orders in SAP, coordinating with internal teams, and occasionally traveling to meet with distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support distribution partners to achieve company targets and provide excellent service.
- Enter and manage orders within SAP with precision.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely deliveries.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain and update partner information.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports using MS Office, especially Excel.
- Provide feedback from partners to the sales and product development teams.
- Occasionally travel to meet with distributors to strengthen relationships.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems.
- Strong skills in MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
