Job Description

The Distribution Sales Manager plays a crucial role in supporting our distribution partners. This role involves managing orders in SAP, coordinating with internal teams, and occasionally traveling to meet with distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support distribution partners to achieve company targets and provide excellent service.
  • Enter and manage orders within SAP with precision.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely deliveries.
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain and update partner information.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports using MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Provide feedback from partners to the sales and product development teams.
  • Occasionally travel to meet with distributors to strengthen relationships.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
