Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth & P&L Ownership: Drive revenue growth while managing costs and driving profitability.

- Organizational Building: Transform Lens from an engineering-centric organization into a fully operational business, building missing functions such as sales, marketing, product marketing, customer success, and developer relations.

- Enterprise Development & Customer Relationships: Develop relationships with enterprise customers, navigate global procurement processes, and increase usage and value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling a B2B SaaS business from $5M to $50M ARR.
- Product & Go-To-Market Leadership: Extensive experience in product management and go-to-market strategy, specifically in product-led growth environments.
- Customer and Partnership Relations: Experience collaborating with enterprise customers and building partnerships within the cloud-native ecosystem.
- Enterprise Sales & Marketing: Strong background in building and leading sales and marketing functions, including experience with enterprise sales and navigating procurement processes.
- Deep Knowledge of Kubernetes and Cloud-Native Technologies: Strong expertise in Kubernetes architecture and container orchestration, with extensive familiarity across public cloud platforms.
