Cloud-Native Business Leadership Opportunity

Mirantis, a pioneering company in cloud-native development, seeks an experienced leader to drive the next phase of growth for its Kubernetes IDE.

As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our business to $50M Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), focusing on customer acquisition, retention, expansion, and full P&L responsibility. This is a hands-on role requiring strategic oversight and direct involvement in product management to maximize Lens's product-led growth potential.

We are looking for a visionary leader who has demonstrated success in scaling a B2B SaaS business from $5M to $50M ARR, ideally in the developer tools, cloud, or Kubernetes ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth & P&L Ownership: Drive revenue growth while managing costs and driving profitability.
  • Product & Go-To-Market Leadership: Shape product strategy, work with founders and engineering visionaries, and build a formal go-to-market plan.
  • Organizational Building: Transform Lens from an engineering-centric organization into a fully operational business, building missing functions such as sales, marketing, product marketing, customer success, and developer relations.
  • Team Leadership & Culture: Integrate into the Lens team, working closely with founders and product leadership, and align with the engineering-driven culture.
  • Enterprise Development & Customer Relationships: Develop relationships with enterprise customers, navigate global procurement processes, and increase usage and value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling a B2B SaaS business from $5M to $50M ARR.
  • Product & Go-To-Market Leadership: Extensive experience in product management and go-to-market strategy, specifically in product-led growth environments.
  • Customer and Partnership Relations: Experience collaborating with enterprise customers and building partnerships within the cloud-native ecosystem.
  • Enterprise Sales & Marketing: Strong background in building and leading sales and marketing functions, including experience with enterprise sales and navigating procurement processes.
  • Deep Knowledge of Kubernetes and Cloud-Native Technologies: Strong expertise in Kubernetes architecture and container orchestration, with extensive familiarity across public cloud platforms.
