Als Sales consultant kun je je sales carrière een snelle start geven bij Justine recruitment.
De rol:
Je gaat snel stappen maken en groeien in een 360 graden rol. De eerste periode ga je jouw focus naar de kandidaat kant, na een aantal plaatsingen maak je de overstap naar de verkoopteam. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vinden en matchen van kandidaten met onze vacatures.
Wat je doet:
- Je werkt nauw samen met het verkoopteam om de verkoopdoelstellingen te halen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen van een netwerk van kandidaten en bedrijven.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de marketingafdeling om de marketingstrategie te ondersteunen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van de verkoopdata om verbeterpunten te identificeren.
