Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all groups & events requests that have been accepted, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site inspections to promote the hotel and sell groups & events to potential clients, highlighting our unique offerings and amenities.
  • Organize both internal and external events, including conferences, weddings, and corporate meetings, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Actively seek business for groups & events, leveraging industry connections and relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Occasionally attend the organized events as coordinator of the group and/or event, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Liaise with the sales coordinator/manager on gathering group details, ensuring accurate information and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge or passion for luxury and hospitality, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Relevant experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of success in event planning and execution.
  • Fluent Dutch and/or English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience with Delphi is a plus, as well as familiarity with luxury networks and industry trends.
  • Positive attitude, creativity, and a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
