About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Groups & Meeting Planner to join our dynamic team at Hotel Co 51 Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Group Management: Handle all aspects of group bookings, including contracts, rooming lists, and guest communications.
  • Revenue Optimization: Maximize room revenue through effective inventory management and client relationship building.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage group-related paperwork, invoicing, and commission requests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Efficiently manage group bookings and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and produce detailed reports.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively and find solutions.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented: With a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused: Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborative: A team player who can work effectively with colleagues.
  • Organized: With excellent time management and planning skills.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Opera Express and Opera Sales & Catering.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a hotel environment, preferably in group or reservations.
