The Sales Team:

Our dedicated Sales team focuses on engaging with Enterprise clients across the Netherlands. This team is instrumental in acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships within the region.

Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will oversee a team of three new business Enterprise Account Executives. This role requires effective collaboration with various internal stakeholders, including direct and indirect sales teams, as well as senior leaders in value engineering, business development, and service operations. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding leadership capabilities and leverage their experience in sales, relationship management, and navigating both direct and matrix organizational structures. A proven track record in driving a direct sales team and achieving targets is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, manage, and cultivate high-performing sales talent, driving individual success while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Own and surpass annual sales objectives within the designated territory, ensuring precise control and forecasting accuracy.
  • Formulate and implement a strategic plan to meet sales goals by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence in the specified segment.
  • Establish and sustain robust, long-term relationships with customers and partners to ensure executive alignment and proactive account management.
  • Assist the team in collaborating with clients to comprehend their business needs and objectives, thereby driving additional revenue growth.
  • Articulate the Celonis industry-specific value proposition through high-quality proposals and presentations, enabling the team to effectively communicate with deep domain expertise.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership capabilities or the potential to quickly evolve into a leadership position.
  • Experience managing lengthy and intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of working with Partners, including consulting firms and enterprise technology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment, approaching challenges with positivity and innovative thinking.
  • Commitment to collaboration, inclusivity, and embracing diversity, alongside strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, capable of managing time and priorities effectively to meet objectives.
  • Proficient in leveraging internal resources and working collaboratively as a team.
