We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our European Claims team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assessing and resolving insurance claims for one of the largest telecom & automotive brands in Europe.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent command of the Dutch language, be a strong listener, and possess effective communication skills to provide exceptional customer service. You will help customers deal with their claims if their mobile phone or gadget has been lost, stolen, or damaged.
In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for your responsibilities and learn as many ins and outs as possible. We value flexibility and offer hybrid working options, allowing you to work from home or in the office, depending on your preference.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A gross monthly salary of €2,329 at full-time (38 hours)
- A 13th month payment in December
- Holiday pay of 8%
- 28 days off per year
- Travel and home office allowance
- Care and welfare allowance (€45 net per month)
