Als Medewerker Control Support ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de financiële afdeling bij verschillende controlerende en administratieve taken gericht op de projectadministratie.

Je taken
  • Regelen van uren van ingehuurde medewerkers, deze overbrengen naar het ERP-systeem en bestelorders voor uitzendbureaus maken;
  • Onderhouden van VOF administratie inclusief inlezen en verwerken van uren;
  • Controleren van voorgestelde pre-facturen, gelet op tijdige facturatie en indien nodig actie ondernemen;
  • Definitieve facturen opstellen en deze naar de klant versturen;
  • Administratieve klachten van debiteuren behandelen;
  • Opdrachten in het ERP-systeem invoeren;
  • Ondersteunen bij het afsluiten van projectonderdelen;
  • De Projectleider en Projectcontroller assisteren op het gebied van administratie.

Je verricht je werkzaamheden op kantoor met als standplaats Eindhoven. Je hebt een zelfstandige rol binnen een team van 7 collega's en je wordt aangestuurd door de Regio Controller.

Door jouw administratieve achtergrond ben je een pietje precies in projectadministratie. Op alle niveaus kun je helder communiceren, heb je oog voor detail en beschik je over uitstekende analytische vaardigheden. Daarnaast ben je in staat om effectief samen te werken binnen een team.   • Een MBO-diploma in een relevant vakgebied, zoals Financiën, Boekhouding of Bedrijfsadministratie eventueel aangevuld met relevante cursussen;
  • Ervaring met financiële administratie en kennis van boekhoudkundige procedures;
  • Bekendheid met financiële software en MS Excel;
  • Proactieve houding en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
